This packaging design was a great experience. We needed to choose a Country and then create a restaurant brand and its logo, and a carry out food packaging. I decided for Spain, specially the Andalusia region. For the logo, I combined their well known Paella with a hand fan typically used in Flamenco. For the name, I used the common expression "mola", which is a colloquial way to say that you like something or something is cool, like the food in this case. In the packaging, I used four different sceneries from Andalusia and Flamenco dancers. For the lids of the containers, I used three common Andalusian dishes: Paella, Gazpacho and a Bean soup. For the packaging concept I was inspire by the TOT Take-Away Packaging from Elisava Pack and Gloria Kelly, excellent design! I was looking for a practical and eco friendly packaging and theirs fits perfectly, although their packaging is real and mine is just paper. :D Thanks for the inspiration!
